The story of Inclus began as the founders Mikaeli Langinvainio and Juha Törmänen became acquainted when working for the Crisis Management Initiative peace mediation organisation founded by Martti Ahtisaari. As part of CMI, Mikaeli and Juha took part in peace negotiations in over ten countries.

UX Developer
The application period starts on March 26, 2025, and ends on April 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Europe/Helsinki).
We are looking for a UX Developer for a permanent and full-time position to strengthen our Developer team. We offer you the opportunity to join the construction of a unique and socially significant growth company. Eilakaisla acts as our recruitment partner, but the contract will be signed directly with Inclus Oy.
As a UX Developer, you will be responsible for enhancing the current interface of our software using React and Javascript. You should possess skills in both UX design and software development, along with enough independence and leadership capabilities to carry out development work based on your own vision. This role involves developing and improving the user interface of our software, ensuring it is both visually appealing and highly functional. You will collaborate closely with other developers to meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.
We are looking for someone who can bring a fresh perspective to the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software. If you have a passion for UX design and software development, and are eager to take on a leadership role in shaping the future of our product, we would love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have several years of professional experience in the web/software industry, working on product development, with excellent up-to-date knowledge of React and Javascript. Experience in product-based web software development, preferably within a SaaS context, is essential. A deep understanding of user experience development is crucial. Strong professional English skills are required (Finnish is a plus), along with a positive and constructive attitude towards working and collaboration.
